Nba Finals Celtics Dominate Doncic Soars

NBA Finals: Celtics Dominate, Doncic Soars

Celtics Take Commanding Lead

The Boston Celtics have taken a commanding 3-0 lead in the 2022 NBA Finals, largely thanks to massive performances from their star tandem. Jason Tatum and Jaylen Brown have been unstoppable, combining for an average of 60 points, 18 rebounds, and 10 assists per game in the series. Tatum has been particularly impressive, averaging 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists.

Doncic Sets Scoring Record

In the Western Conference Finals, Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks made history with the highest-scoring NBA game since Kobe Bryant's legendary 81-point performance in 2006. Doncic poured in an incredible 73 points on an efficient 25-of-33 shooting from the field, including 8-of-13 from three-point range. The Mavericks ultimately lost to the Golden State Warriors in the conference finals, but Doncic's record-breaking performance was a testament to his immense talent.

The NBA Finals will continue on Thursday, June 9th with Game 4 in Boston. If the Celtics win, they will clinch their 18th NBA championship and their first since 2008. The Mavericks will be looking to avoid a sweep and extend the series, but they will need to find a way to slow down the Celtics' star duo.
